BlueGriffon has no specific tools for that task.
There are many suitable free scripts available on the net if you have
the skills needed to customise and install them. However, if you are a
non-programmer you may find it easier to turn to web based services
that offer a 'mailform' service, some of which charge and others are
advert sponsored.

To create a text link that opens a visitor's email program, just click
the toolbar LINK button and complete the TEXT and TARGET fields on the
dialogue that appears, not forgetting to check the box 'This is an
email address'.
To make an image an email link, first insert the image, then select
it, and complete the same link process as before.
