Overview:

Even though the game has a high amount of “sexual intercourse” you can avoid almost everything fullly. It depends on if you let an enemy catch you. Nothing will change your character permanently. If a ghost catches you, you might grow a dick and masturbate. After ejaculation, the dick vanishes and the character receives some damage. That’s it.
